High School: Lettered at Perry Hall High School, leading her squad to the state finals as a junior and captaining the Gators her senior year…earned first team all-division as a senior and second team all-division her junior year…as a junior earned Gatorade Rookie of the Year and as a senior won Gatorade Will to Win honors…played in the Baltimore County senior all-star game…named Perry Hall High School’s 2004 Female Athlete of the Year…also played softball for the Gators…been affiliated with the Time Out for Sports VBC and Towson Wild Blue VBC club teams…competed in the Junior Olympics twice…a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: One of two children to Leonard and Barbara Sipes…older sister Kristen was a track athlete in high school…currently undecided on a major…born on November 20, 1986.
