Biography

2003: Moved into the starting lineup early in her rookie campaign and finished the year starting 25 matches and playing in 32 of a possible 33…her 117 games played in ranked as third most on the team…recorded solid numbers at the net, leading the team in total blocks with 85 and in blocks per game with 0.73…finished the season averaging 1.13 kills per game and hit .194 on the year…recorded 27 aces and 98 digs…recorded a single-match high with seven blocks in a three games played against Maine…recorded multiple blocks in 26 matches and at least five blocks in six matches on the year…recorded a season single-game high of eight kills in three different matches.

 

High School: Made the all-conference and all-academic team in 2002...named to the all-area team by the Kane County Chronicle and the Daily Herald...also made the all-academic team as a junior and was an honorable mention all-conference pick.

Personal: Daughter of Lawrence and Jeannie Folk...born on February 28, 1985...has two brothers, Andy (22) and Kevin (15)...plans on a career in Psychiatry.
