2014 Outdoor: Competed in the 10,000m run atthe Colonial Relays at William and Mary, finishing with a time of39:44.72.
2013-14 Indoor: Competed in the distance eventsfor the Retrievers during the winter season… Placed 12th inthe 5,000m run and 18th in the 3,000m run at the 2014 America EastIndoor Track and Field Championships in New York… Placedsixth in the 3k event at the Penn State Relays with a season-besttime of 10:37.95.
Background: Led Boonsboro High to a sweep ofthe 1A Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor Track statechampionships in 2012-13… Qualified for the 2013 OutdoorTrack Nationals in the 3200m run… Washington County (Md.)record holder for the 3,200m… Named the Herald MailRunner of the Year three times from 2010-2012… Also selectedas the Herald Mail Indoor Track Athlete of the Year in2011 and 2012… Chosen as the Inside Sports CrossCountry Runner of the Year 2011… Named the WHAG/HagerstownFord Student-Athlete of the Mont for December 2012.
