- Helped UMBC to a victory in the 4x800 at the America East Championships w/ a time of 9:13.69
- Competed in the 4x800 at the Penn Relays
- Ran a season-best 1500 time of 4:58.14 at the Weems Baskin Invitational
2024 INDOOR:
- Finished 12th in the 800 at the America East Championships w/ a time of 2:21.52
- Ran a PR time of 5:15.41 in the Mile at the Ramapo College Opener
- Ran the 1,000 in 3:07.02 at the Nittany Lion Challenge
BACKGROUND:
- Part of a 4 x 800 New Jersey state championship quartet, capturing gold along with her sister Jamie at the 2023 indoor championships
- Set the school record in the 800 meters and a part of 4x400m school record-setting quartet
- Captained her team on three occasions (2022, 2023 indoor, 2023 outdoor)
- Also earned four letters in girls soccer for the Wolverines
- A four-year honor roll student who served as Vice President of Woodstown’s National Honor Society
- Considering a major in biological sciences and is interested in marine biology
- Lists favorite move as Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 1 and favorite book as Percy Jackson: The Last Olympian
- Enjoys reading and gardening
- Daughter of Linda and Charles Deal and has a younger sister, Jamie
