  • 8th - Outdoor - Steeplechase - 11:31.61
2026 OUTDOOR:
  • Set a PR in the Steeplechase (11:31.61), placing 12th at the America East Championships 
  • Ran a PR time of 4:51.15 in the 1500 at the Kehoe Twilight Meet
  • Finished fifth in the Steeplechase at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational w/ a time of 11:46.95
  • Won the 2,000m Steeplechase at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational w/ a time of 7:26.05

2025-26 INDOOR:

  • Set a PR in the 800 at the Nittany Lion Challenge (2:32.26)
  • Earned a PR with a time of 3:08.73 in the 1000 at the PSU Sykes & Sabock Challenge
BACKGROUND:
  • The daughter of Kathleen and Tim Mitroka, she has three sisters: Emily (18), Katie (15), and Mary Claire (9).
  • Intends to major in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and aspires to earn a Ph.D. to conduct research or work in a medical laboratory.
  • Helped lead Century to victory at the 2025 MPSSAA 2A Indoor State Championship Meet.
  • Was a four-time state champion in Track & Field at Century, winning the MPSSAA 2A State 4x800 relay in 2023 (Indoor), 2024 (Outdoor), and 2025 (Indoor and Outdoor).
  • Achieved personal records of 5:14 in the 1600 meters and 2:23 in the 800 meters at the 2024 Gator Track & Field Invitational.
  • Her favorite food is mangoes, and she is a fan of Bruno Mars and the movie "Legally Blonde."
  • Lists "Throne of Glass" as her favorite book.
