2022 Outdoor: Competed solely in the hammer throw during the outdoor season… Ended the year strong with a season-best toss of 48.35m at the America East Championships.
2021-22 Indoor: Competed solely in the weight throw during the indoor season… Had her best throw at the Fastrack National Invite with a toss of 15.82m after a toss of 15.81m the week before at the Liberty Open.
2021 Outdoor: Competed in the hammer throw during the 2021 outdoor season… Set a career-best in the event at the America East Championships with a toss of 47.38m… Started the season with a 46.37m in the hammer throw in a tri-meet with Bucknell and Saint Francis University.
2019 Indoor: Solely competed in the weight throw during the 2019 Indoor season… Had her best toss of the season at the Penn State Tune-Up with a throw of 15.16m.
2019 Outdoor: Competed in the discus and hammer throw during her first outdoor season… Set her season bests at the Bucknell Team Challenge with a throw of 49.78m in the hammer throw and 36.70m in the discus.
