2016 Outdoor: Ran in the 3,000m and 5,000m runs during her final outdoor season... Ran a season best time of 10:16.34 at the Larry Ellis Invite... Posted a career best in the 5,000m at the same meet with a time of 17:41.64.
2015-16 Indoor: Set a new personal best in the 3,000m run at the America East Championships, finishing 11th in a time of 10:08.53... Also ran the mile during the indoor season, with her best season coming at the Penn State Relays with a time of 5:18.33.
2015 Outdoor: Competed for the Retrievers in the 1,500m and 5,000m runs during the spring... Set a season best time of 4:52.10 at the Morgan State Legacy meet back on April 17... Ran a time of 18:02.63 in the 5,000m run at the Mason Spring Invitational just a week earlier... Her time in the 5,000m was the best of her career.
2014-15 Indoor: Competed in the Patriot Games in the mile run, recording a time of 5:13.22.
2014 Outdoor: Competed in the 5,000m run during the season, recording a season-best time of 18:32.49 at the Morgan State Legacy Meet… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
2013-14 Indoor: Did not compete.
2013 Outdoor: Competed in the 800m and 1,500m run at the Big Dawg Invitational at UMBC Stadium, finishing ninth in both races... Named to the America East Honor Roll.
2012-13 Indoor: Anchored the distance medley relay team to a new school record time of 12:04.24 at the ECAC Championships… Placed 13th in the 3,000m run at the 2013 America East Indoor Championships… Ran the final leg of the distance medley relay as the Retrievers earned a bronze medal at the conference meet… Recorded her top career time in the 3k event, 10:21.78, at the conference meet in Boston to move up to seventh all-time in UMBC history… Also competed in the 800m run and one-mile run during the season, recording her top mile of 5:11.09 at the Patriot Games at George Mason to jump to fifth in the school record book.
Background: Ran three years on the Varsity squad at Upper Darby, earning the team MVP award as a senior in 2011... Also ran indoor and outdoor track for the Royals, captaining the team during 2011 and 2012... Owns the school record in the 3200m with a time of 11:17 at the PIAA District 1 Championships...
