  • Bronze Medalist - 800 Free Relay - 2024 America East Championships

  • Won the 200 free and placed third in the 50 free against Frostburg State
2024-25:
  • Set 800 Free Relay Pool Record on Dec. 7 (7:35.12)
2023-24:
  • Earned the bronze medal in the 800 free relay at America East Championships
  • Took first in the 500 free and third in the 400 medley relay against Saint Peter's and Manhattan
  • Placed third in the 200 free against La Salle
  • Finished third in the 200 free in the VMI multi-team meet
  • Won the 200 free relay and took second in the 200 free against Salisbury and Frostburg State
BACKGROUND
  • Placed fourth in the Connecticut SC Senior Championships in the 1000 freestyle, but dropped over 12 seconds from that time at the YMCA National SC Championships
  • Set schools records in the 200 and 500 freestyle as a freshman for the Hornets and posted another school mark in the 100 butterfly as a senior
  • A two-time Connecticut Swimming Scholar Athlete and member of the National Honor Society
  • Considering a major in chemical engineering and is interested in becoming and industrial pharmacist
  • A violinist and member of the Tri-M Music Honor Society
  • Lists favorite professional team as Real Madrid and favorite book as A Thousand Splendid Suns
  • Daughter of Janet and Garth Gangaway, has a sister Kaitlin
