Biography

2016-17: Placed second in the 200 breaststroke, third in the 100 breaststroke, and fifth in the 200 IM… Set all-time bests in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:03.01, the 200 Breast with a time of 2:18.08, and the 200 IM with a time of 2:03.25... Named to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2015-16: Lilly advanced to the finals of a trio of races at the America East Championships, earning silver in all three races... She touched the wall in a time of 1:02.86 in the 100 breast, while also taking silver in the 200 breast with a time of 2:18.28... She earned her third medal of the championships in the 200 IM, touching in with a time of 2:03.46, the best time of her career in the event. 

2014-15: Advanced to the finals in three events at the America East Championships, with all of them coming as season best times... Started the meet with a fourth place finish in the 200 IM, touching the wall in a time of 2:05.10, a career best time... Turned in a silver medal winning performance in the 400 IM, finishing in a time of 4:27.06... Concluded the meet with a career best time of 2:18.35 in the 200 breast.

2013-14: Won a bronze medal in the 400 IM with a career-best time of 4:28.19 at the America East Championships… Her time ranks seventh all-time in the Retriever record book… Also recorded career-best times at the conference championship meet in Worcester, Mass. in the 200 breast (2:21.95), placing seventh, and 200 IM (2:06.73), placing sixth… Won her first collegiate dual meet event by capturing the 200 IM in UMBC’s season-opening meet at Rider on Oct. 12… Also won the 200 IM against George Washington on Oct. 26 and then took the top spot in the 200 breaststroke against Howard on Jan. 11… Swam a season-best in the 200 fly (2:17.13) against Howard, finishing second… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Background: Named a Scholastic All-American by USA Swimming in 2011-12… Helped break the New England regional record in the medley relay.

Personal: Daughter of Kevin and Laura Lilly… Has two younger siblings, Alyssa and James… Plans to major in interdisciplinary studies… Born Aug. 23, 1995
