2019-20 Women's Swimming and Diving
Biography
2019-20:
- Competed in the three freestyle sprint events in the 2020 America East Championships
- Placed sixth in the 100 freestyle in the victory at George Mason
- Produced a solid meet versus Towson, finishing sixth and eighth respectively in the 50 and 100 freestyle events
- Earned a spot on the UMBC President’s List (4.00 GPA) in her first semester at UMBC
- A member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Council
BACKGROUND:
· Earned multiple awards from her club team, Hanover Hurricanes, including “Swimmer of the Year” in 2017-18
· Placed third in the 200 backstroke in the 2018 Potomac Valley Senior Championships
· Earned Class 6 state team honors for Cosby High School in 2018 and 2019
· The photography or visual arts “Student of the Year” in all four years at Cosby
PERSONAL:
· Daughter of Jessica and Robert Bauer
· Has two younger siblings, Cassie and Drake
· Plans to study visual arts and is interested in a career in the film industry
· A fan of Khalid and Harry Potter
