2019-20:

• Seeded eighth entering the 1-meter diving finals, but improved to finish fifth at the 2020 America East Championships
• Earned America East Diver of the Week honors after winning on both boards versus Howard
• Recorded a season-best total of 223.65 score on the 3-meter board versus the Bison
• Easily outdistanced the field in capturing the 1-meter (207.97) and 3-meter (222.52) events against VMI 

2018-19:

• Two-time finalist at the America East Championships.
• Finished seventh in the 1-meter dive with a score of 202.15; also placed seventh in the 3-meter dive with a score of 206.25.
• Against East Carolina, took home fourth with scores of 187.13 in the 1-meter dive and 202.13 in the 3-meter dive.
• Finished first in the 3-meter dive against Howard with a score of 223.65.
• At the Patriot Invitational, placed 13th in the 1-meter with a score of 192.85; also placed 15th in the 3-meter with a score of 169.55.
• Placed fourth in the 1-meter (202.72) and sixth in the 3-meter (194.25) against Towson.
• Finished first in the 1-meter with a score of 237.60 and second in the 3-meter with a score of 222.98 against William and Mary.
• At Navy, finished fifth in the 1-meter (202.58) and 3-meter (180.60).
• Placed second in the 1-meter with a score of 192.22 and fourth in the 3-meter with a score of 172.72 against Johns Hopkins and Delaware.
• Two-time America East Female Diver of the Week (10/24, 1/8).

2017-18: Posted a season-best score of 221.32 in the 1-meter dive in a dual meet against Towson… In the 3-meter dive, had a season-best dive against Navy with a score of 195.76.

2016-17: Earned seventh place in both the 1 meter and 3 meter boards at the ECAC Championships… Scored a 196.80 on the 1 meter board, while earning a score of 190.85 on the 3 meter board… Won the America East 1 meter board with a score of 228.80… Placed fifth in the 3 meter board with a score of 212.45... Named to the America East Honor Roll.

Background: Was a member of the Waugh Chapel Dive Club, helping her team to the Central Maryland Dive League Team Championship in 2015… She placed third in Central Maryland Dive League last year.. Was on the Honor Roll all four years of High School, while also lettering in girls varsity lacrosse.

Personal: Daughter of Dana and Scott Gromen… Has one sibling, Trevor... Majoring in sociology with a career ambition to be a federal K9 officer… Lists favorite food as steak and favorite movie as “Stick It”.
