2021-22:
- Capped her campaign with a strong fifth place finish and a season-best time in the 200 backstroke at the Navy Invitational
- Earned points for the Retrievers in both the 100 backstroke and freestyle vs. Navy on Oct. 23
2019-20:
- Competed in three events at the 2020 America East Championships
- Recorded a personal best in the 200 backstroke and also competed in the 100 backstroke and 200 freestyle
- Captured the 200 backstroke in the victory over America East foe VMI
BACKGROUND:
· Helped her team earn a second-place finish at the sectional meet in Christiansburg
· Has been competing in swim competitions since she was only 5 years old
· Competes in backstroke and butterfly events
PERSONAL:
· Daughter of Jennifer and Christopher Derr
· Has one older brother, Carson
· Seeks to earn a career as an occupational therapist
· Her favorite food is Oreo's and likes to watch the movie The Parent Trap
