BACKGROUND: A U.S. Lacrosse Academic All-American in 2011… Inducted into the Hammond High School Lacrosse Hall of Fame… Team MVP as a senior… A four-time Scholar-Athlete… Also lettered in cross country and indoor track and field and qualified for regionals in the 800 meters… An honor roll student and a member of the National Honor Society, the Math Team and the Robotics Team… Graduated in the top five percent of her class… An accomplished pianist… Majoring in mechanical engineering with a minor in biology… Would like to pursue a career in biomedical engineering making prosthetics.
