- Burst upon the season in 2025 after earning a redshirt in 2024.
- Became third Retriever to be named America East Rookie of the Year and the first since 2022.
- Named to the America East All-Rookie Team
- Paced the league with 66 total points and is fourth with 46 goals.
- She also added 20 assists, 23 ground balls, and 11 caused turnovers.

- Played in the midfield for head coach Brian Reese at Maryvale Prep.
- Played for the prestigious Elite Lacrosse Club and was named to the 2021 America Select Maryland Team.
- Named to the IAAM 2021-22 All-Conference Basketball Team.
- Helped lead Maryvale to the 2019 IAAM ‘B’ Conference Championship in soccer.
- Was team captain in basketball as a junior and senior and also captained the soccer team in her final season.
- Career ambition is to become a sports psychologist.
- Daughter of Jeff and Laura Knapp. Laura played two years of lacrosse for the Retrievers.
