Biography
FALL 2021: Competed in five of the six meets for the Retrievers during the fall 2021 season… Scored points for the Retrievers in the first four meets at the Mount 5K Duals (20:04.69), Navy Invite (23:39.97), Paul Short Invite (23:13.8) and Princeton Invite (24:38.4)... Also competed at the America East Championships, finishing in 19:57.78… Named to the America East All-Academic Team.
2021: Scored in the lone meet for the Retrievers at the America East Championships... Finished in 46th place in a time of 19:50.45... Was named to the America East All-Academic Team.
2019: Competed in all six meets for the Retrievers... Scored in five... Was the squad’s top finisher in both the Mount 5k Duals (18:52.84) and the Navy Invite at 23:31.04... Scored at Princeton (22:43.1), the America East Championships (22:43.1) and the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (22:37.8).
2018: Competed in all six races for the Retrievers… Finished as the top Retriever at the Mount 5k Duals with a time of 19:50.91… Scored in every other race, with her season-best time of 23:24 coming at the Paul Short Invite.
Background: Led her Montgomery-Blair team to the 2016 MPSSAA cross country state championships, breaking a four-year absence by the Blazers… Placed fourth at the 2017 Montgomery County cross country championships before winning the 4A North title, and placing 12th at the 4A state meet… Captured the 2017 MPSSA Outdoor Track championship by running a personal best 2.16.22 in the 800 meters… Earned 2017 All-Maryland Team honors, as selected by RunWashington… Chose UMBC over other strong Division I programs “because of the great community focus and general friendly atmosphere the school has”… Considering a major in media and communication studies and would like to become a journalist… Enjoys photography… A big fan of A Game of Thrones book series… Youngest of three siblings… Stepdaughter of Sandy Jablonski and daughter of Amy Holman and Tom Casey.
