2017: Appeared in 51 games during the year... Slugged .396 with 10 extra base hits and 19 RBI... Tied for third on the team in home runs (4)... Registered a double and home run, and added three RBI and a run scored during a win over Coppin State (March 23)... Hit two doubles versus Morgan State (April 5)... Drove in three runs and added a home run in a win over Stony Brook (April 9)... Had a season high three hits and drove in two runs against Albany (April 15)... Hit the walk off grand slam against Hartford (May 6).

2016: Appeared in 27 games on the season… Improved from her rookie campaign in on-base percentage (.324), walks (5), and runs scored (4)… Doubled and scored a run in a 9-0 win over Farleigh Dickinson (March 6)… Reached base three times, batted in a run, and scored a run in an 8-5 victory versus Coppin St. (March 29)… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll

2015: Made 33 appearances and 18 starts at first base… Registered six extra-base hits for a .435 slugging percentage… Posted a .308 on-base percentage and a .274 batting average… Batted .625 when leading off an inning… Tallied a double and the first home run of her collegiate career versus Saint Joseph’s (Feb. 14)… Homered to drive in a pair of runs against Rhode Island (March 15)… Went three-for-four with three doubles and three runs batted in game two against UMES (March 25)… Reach base safely three times and tallied a pair of RBI in the second game of a doubleheader against Hartford (March 29)… Recorded a pair RBI on two hits and drew a walk in game two of a doubleheader versus South Carolina State (April 17)... Named to the America East Honor Roll.

BACKGROUND: Played at both Pope John XXIII Regional High School and Olentangy Orange High School during her high school career… Helped Pope John XXIII Regional to a Hunderton Warren Sussex county championship… Named a top-50 NJ Softball Player to Watch by MSG Varsity in 2014, but missed her senior season due to injury… A three-time New Jersey Athletic Conference All-Conference First Team selection… Named to the NJAC All-Academic Team as a junior… Named the team’s MVP as a junior… Played club ball for the New Jersey Rampage Gold 18U team… An honor roll student…Daughter of John and Kathy Santonastasso… Has a younger brother Johnny… Major media and communication studies, with a minor in economics.
