2011 Outdoor: Finished tenth overall, 32:42.03, in the 10,000m run at the America East Championships... Recorded a personal best performance, 8:57:54, in the 3,000m run at the Maryland Invitational.
2010-11 Indoor: Finished fifth overall, 9:39.25, in the 3,000m run at the 10th Annual Gulden Relays… Set a personal best time of 8:53.52 in the 3,000m run at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games Invitational.
Background: Named to the All-Conference First Team in 2008 and 2009 in cross country and honorable mention in track in 2008… Earned Academic All-Ohio honors in 2008 and 2009… Was a regional and state qualifier in cross country in his junior and senior seasons… Was a Scholar Athlete four times for track and field and three for cross country… Helped lead Rocky River High School to the Ohio State Cross Country Championship meet for the first time in school history in 2009… Graduated from RRHS with high honors and is a member of the French National Honors Society.
