Biography

2022 Outdoor: Mostly competed in the 1,500m during the 2022 outdoor season while also competing in the 800m and 5,000m… Had his best time in the 1,500m at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational with a time of 3:49.79… Turned in a time of 1:54.71 at the Bison Outdoor Classic in the 800m after opening the year at the Weems Baskin Relays with a time of 15:32.23 in the 5,000m.

2021-22 Indoor: Ran in three distance events for the Retrievers during the indoor season… Had a season-best in the 1,000m at the Nittany Lion Challenge with a time of 2:31.96… Also at Penn State he turned in a personal-best in the 800m with a time of 1:57.93 at the Penn State Tune Up before ending the season with a 4:09.84 at the America East Championships.

2021 Outdoor: Had a standout season for the Retrievers during the 2021 outdoor season… Set a new career-best in the 5,000m at the Salisbury Spring Meet with a time of 15:52.73… Ran primarily in the 1,500m during the season with his best time coming at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational with a time of 3:57.26.

2020 Indoor: Did not compete during the indoor season.

2019 Indoor: Competed in the 3,000m and 5,000m during the indoor season… Ran a 16:31.78 at the Great Dane Classic in the 5,000m before turning in a 9:19.14 in the 3,000m at the Penn State Tune-Up.

2019 Outdoor: Only ran in the 5,000m during the outdoor season, running a season-best time of 16:17.72 at the Towson Invitational.
