2022-23 Indoor 

• A member of the bronze-medal winning 4 x 400 relay quartet at the America East Championships
• Earned gold in the 500 meters at the Liberty Open 

2023 Outdoor

• Named the team’s Most Outstanding Athlete at the Grittys
• The ECAC Champion in the 400 hurdles, posting a mark of 52.27
• Earned gold, smashed his personal best and posted the second fastest time in school history (52.16) in the 400 meters at the America East Conference Championships   
• Also earned gold as part of UMBC’s winning 4x400 meter relay squad at UAlbany

• Ran in the 200m, 400m, and 400m hurdles during the outdoor season… Turned in a time of 49.84 in the 400m, a new career-best, at the Towson Invitational… Had a time of 21.81 in the 200m at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational… Ended his season on a high note with a time of 53.34 in the finals of the 400m hurdles at the America East Championships.

2021-22 Indoor: Ran in three events for the Retrievers during the indoor season… Had a season-best in the 400m at the Liberty Open going 50.85… Capped his season on a high note, setting his personal-best in the 200m in a time of 21.96 at the America East Championships… Ended the meet with a gold medal in the 500m with a career-best time of 1:04.66 after going 1:05.79 in the prelims.

2021 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2020 Indoor: Competed in four sprint events during his rookie season with the Retrievers… Ran a season-best time of 50.81 in the 400m a the UAlbany Winter Classic… Followed that up a week later with a time of 7.30 in the 60m dash at the Fastrack National Invite… Had a pair of season-bests at the America East Championships in the 200m (22.19) and the 500m (1:06.22).
