2011 Outdoor: Set a new personal career best time, 1:55.30, and finished fourth in the 800m at the Maryland Invitational…Finished ninth overall, 49.43, in the 400m dash at the America East Championships... Returns as the Retrievers top performer in the outdoor and indoor 200m and 400m as well as the indoor 500m.

2010-11 Indoor: Finished fifth overall with a time of 1:03.65 in the 500m run at the IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships… Recorded a third place overall finish in the 800m at the Bison Opener.

2009-10 Indoor: Set the UMBC record and finished fourth in the 500-meter dash in 1:03.35 at the IC4A Championships… Earned bronze in the 500 in a then-school record 1:03.77 at the America East Championships… Won gold in the 500 at both the Bison Opener and the Gulden Relays… Took silver in the 500 at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational and in the 400-meter dash at the George Mason Patriot Games.

2009 Outdoor: Placed 11th in the 400-meter hurdles at America East Championships with a season-best time of 55.43… Member of the 4x400 relay that placed third at the conference meet… Also a member of the 4x200 relay which earned bronze at the IC4A Championships with a time of 1:25.06… Member of the 4x400 relay team that finished 21st at the IC4As.
 
2008-09 Indoor: Finished fifth in the 500-meter dash at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 1:04.79… Member of the 4x400 relay team that finished fourth at the conference meet in a season-best time of 3:19.69.
 
Background: Named Athlete of the Year in 2008 by the Frederick News Post… Named team MVP as a senior… Was a captain of his high school team as a senior… Won the 2008 regional championships at 300 and 500 meters.
