  • Selected to America East Conference Men’s Indoor Track & Field All-Academic Squad

2022-23 Indoor 

  • A member of the bronze-medal winning 4 x 400 relay quartet at the America East Championships
  • Earned gold in the 500 meters at the Liberty Open 

2023 Outdoor

  • Named the team’s Most Outstanding Athlete at the Grittys
  • The ECAC Champion in the 400 hurdles, posting a mark of 52.27
  • Earned gold, smashed his personal best and posted the second fastest time in school history (52.16) in the 400 meters at the America East Conference Championships   
  • Also earned gold as part of UMBC’s winning 4x400 meter relay squad at UAlbany


2022 Outdoor: Ran mostly in the 200m and 400m during the outdoor season… Had a career-best in the 400m at the Mason Spring Invitational with a time of 50.45… Turned in a season-best in the 200m at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational with a time of 22.72.

2021-22 Indoor: Ran in the 200m and 400m during the indoor season… Set a season-best in the 200m at the George Mason Patriot Games with a time of 23.04… Had his season-best in the 400m at the Liberty Open where he finished in a time of 50.50.

2021 Outdoor: Competed in three sprint events and one relay during his first season with the Retrievers… Opened his collegiate campaign with a season-best in the 400m with a time of 50.74 at the Salisbury Spring Meet… Had a pair of season-bests at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational in the 100m (11.06) and the 200m (22.43)... Competed in the 4x400m relay at the IC4A Championships where the quartet finished in a time of 3:20.03.
