2018 Indoor: Competed in sprints and hurdle events during the indoor season… Set a pair of career best times in the 400m dash and 60m hurdles at the America East Championships… Crossed the tape in a time of 48.96 in the 400m dash and 8.03 in the 60m hurdles… Set a career best in the 200m dash at the Penn State National meet with a time of 22.69.
2018 Outdoor: Competed in hurdle events for the Retrievers… Qualified for the NCAA Preliminaries in the 400m hurdles… At the prelims, he finished with a season and career best time of 51.10 in the semifinals… At the America East Championships in Baltimore, he turned in a career best time of 14.43.
2016-17 Indoor: Ran in mostly sprint events during the season… Achieved a team best time in the 60m hurdles, at 8.12 at the Penn State National and America East Championships… Had a time of 48.05 in the 400m at the America East Championships for a team best mark… Competed in the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships in the 60m hurdles with a 8.86 finish.
2017 Outdoor: Ran in the 400m hurdles and 4 x 400 relay… Set a team and career best mark in the 400m hurdles with a 52.27 at the Penn Relays… Competed in the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round in the 400m hurdles, earning 52.49 and 52.75 marks.
2016 Outdoor: Competed in hurdle events during the outdoor season, earning a silver medal in the 110m hurdles at the America East Championships with a season best time of 14.52 in the finals... Also competed in the 400m hurdles at the championships, finishing with a season best of 54.66 in the event.
2015-16 Indoor: Competed in three different events during the indoor season, including the 60m hurdles, where he won gold at the America East Championships in a time of 8.14... Also ran in the 400m dash at the championships, finishing the prelims with a time of 50.05... Took to the 500m dash at the Great Dane Classic, setting a season best time of 1:09.39... Ran in the 200m dash, with his best finish coming at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge with a time of 22.74.
