2023 Outdoor

• Narrowly missed the podium, finishing fourth in the ECAC Championships’ triple jump competition (14.63m)
• Also placed fourth in the triple jump at the America East Championships
• Grabbed second in the triple jump (14.20m) as well as sixth for the long jump (6.68m) at Mason’s Dalton Ebanks Invitational 
• Earned a second place finish in the triple jump (14.35m) at the Towson Invitational 

2022-23 Indoor 

• Named the team’s Most Valuable Athlete at the Gritty's
• Earned a silver medal in the high jump with a leap of 14.61m at the America East Championships
• Took seventh place in the long jump in Boston   
• Earned a bronze medal in the triple jump 

2022 Outdoor: Had a breakout season for the Retrievers during his first outdoor campaign… Competed in the long jump and triple jump during the year… Had a season-best in the triple jump at the Bison Outdoor Classic with a jump of 15.02m… Had his best mark in the long jump at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational with a jump of 7.00m.

2021-22 Indoor: Had a strong indoor season for the Retrievers competing in the long jump and triple jump… Opened the season with his best jump in the long jump at the Navy Invitational at 6.79m… Ended the year by setting his best mark in the triple jump at 14.71m at the America East Championships.

BACKGROUND:

• Captured a 2021 Maryland state 4A title in the triple jump and placed third in the long jump
• Majoring in biological sciences and is interested in a career in physical therapy
• Lists favorite professional team as Liverpool (soccer)
• Son of Nevine Abouelenein and Aboubakr Khairat and has two siblings (Omar, Salma)
