2009-10 Indoor: Part of the distance medley relay team that broke the UMBC record and earned silver in a time of 9:58.22 at the America East Championships... Finished 20th in the 1-mile run in a UMBC season-high time of 4:11.51 at the IC4A Championships… Finished second in the mile at the New York Armory… Set a UMBC season-best time in the 1,000-meter run (2:34.93) at the Rider/Lafayette Winter Games. Both UMBC season-best times were career-best times.

2009 Outdoor: Finished ninth in the 5,000-meter run at the America East Championships in a time of 15:13.64... Member of the 4x800-meter relay team that finished fifth at the conference meet in 7:49.19.

2008-09 Indoor: Ran a season-best 1,000-meter run at the Lafeyette/Rider Winter Games in 2:30.85 and a season-best 1-mile run at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational in 4:19.87.
 

2008 Cross Country: Placed 73rd in the 8K run run in 25:46.10 at the Princeton Invitational… Finished 12th in the 8K run at the Towson Invitational… Placed 98th in the 8K run at the Navy Invitational… Began the season with a 20th-place finish at the Mount St. Mary’s 5K Duals.

2008 Outdoor: Placed 13th in the 1500-meter run and was part of the third-place 4 x 400m relay team at the America East Championships... Finished fourth in 1500-meter run at the Maryland Terrapin Invitational... Was part of the eighth-place 4 x 1500m team at the Colonial Relays… Placed tenth in the 800-meter run at the Bucknell Team Challenge.

2007-08 Indoor: Was part of the seventh-place 4 x 800m relay team at the IC4A Championships… Finished seventh in the 1-mile run and was part of the first-place 4 x 800m relay team at the America East Championships…Was part of the eighth-place distance medley team at the Penn State National Invitational… Placed 18th in the one mile run at the Terrapin Invitational.

Background: A three-sport athlete at McConnellsburg High School, where he lettered in cross country, track and field and soccer… Captured the 2006 PIAA District 5 Cross Country Championship and also finished as the runner-up in the 1600-meter run at the PIAA Class AA Track Championships… Graduated from McConnellsburg as the Class of 2007 Valedictorian.
