Background: Helped Gaels to their first-ever cross country crown in 2015, edging six-time defending champion Loyola…As a senior, led MSJ to a dominant defense of that title… Earned Most Valuable Athlete honors during the 2016 indoor track campaign… A member of the National Honor Society… Did not begin running until age 15… Lists favorite book as The Perfect Mile and favorite movie as The Shawshank Redemption… Enjoys pick-up basketball… Also considered UConn, Monmouth and St. Bonaventure…Has three sisters, Emma, Maggie and Jane… Son of Kim and Joel Williams.
