2012 Outdoor: Set a personal-best and jumped to third all-time in the UMBC record book in the hammer throw with a throw of 52.15m (171' 1")... Placed tenth in the shot put and 11th in the hammer throw at the America East Championships... Recorded a new season-best of 42.84m (140' 7") while finishing in 12th in the discus throw at the conference meet.

2011-12 Indoor: Set the UMBC school record for the weight throw with a toss of 18.83m (61' 9.5") while taking second place at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games... Placed sixth in both the shot put and the weight throw at the America East Championships... Recorded a season-best distance of 14.93m (48' 11.75") in the shot put at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational.

2011 Outdoor: Earned a third place finish, 48.08, in the hammer throw at the Maryland Invitational… Finished eigth overall, 14.41m, in the shot put at the America East Championships... Returns as the Retrievers top performer in the weight throw.

2010-11 Indoor: Won a bronze medal, 17.05m, in the weight throw at the America East Championship…Also won a bronze medal, 14.98, in the shot put at the America East Championships.

2009-10 Indoor: Finished fifth in the shot put with a season-best throw of 15.14m at the America East Championships… Also placed seventh in the weight throw with a heave of 15.42m at the conference meet… Won gold at the Gulden Relays with a UMBC season-best weight throw of 16.12m… Won the shot put at the George Mason Patriot Games with a mark of 14.86m.

Background: Lettered in football and track in high school… Best throw in the shot put at Franklin High School was 52 feet.
