2021 Outdoor: Had another stellar season for the Retrievers in the field, finishing most meets as the top Retriever in a pair of throws events… Broke his own career records in both the shot put and hammer throw at the America East Championships… Set his new career mark in the shot put with a throw of 14.72m… That very same meet he shattered his career mark in the hammer throw with a toss of 59.02m… Qualified for the IC4A Championships in the hammer throw where he had a throw of 57.26m.

2020 Indoor: Started the year on a strong note with a pair of season-bests at the TCNJ Indoor Open in the shot put and weight throw with tosses of 14.07m and 15.83m respectively… Took sixth in the weight throw at the America East Championships with a toss of 15.65m.

2019 Indoor: Competed in the shot put and weight throw during his sophomore indoor season… Had a career-best in the shot put at the George Mason Patriot Games with a toss of 14.27m before smashing his weight throw record with a throw of 15.68m at the America East Indoor Championships.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in a trio of throwing events during the outdoor season… Had an outdoor career record throw in the shot put of 14.54m at the America East Championships… Also turned in a career-best throw of 55.06m in the hammer throw at the IC4A Championships in May… Had a season-best toss of 37.30m in the discus at the America East Championships.

2018 Indoor: Competed in the weight throw and shot put during his first indoor season as a Retriever, setting a season best in the weight throw at the Penn State Tune-Up with a toss of 14.37m… A couple weeks later, turned in a season best throw of 13.70m at the America East Championships in the shot put.

2018 Outdoor: Competed in a trio of throwing events during the outdoor season… Opened the spring with a season best throw in the discus at the Sam Howell Invite (38.92m)... Just weeks later he turned in a season best in the shot put at the Bucknell Team Challenge with a throw of 13.73m and finished the year with his best throw in the hammer throw at the America East Championships (50.28m).
