2016-17: Attended the CCSA Championships where he competed in the 50 free, 100 free, and 200 free… He completed the 50 free in 22.45, earning him second place… In the 100 free, he touched in with a time of 48.69… He finished the 200 free with a time of 1:46.16.

2015-16: Posted career best times in three events at the CCSA Championships... Touched the wall in a time of 1:55.41 in the 200 back, while finishing the 100 back in a time of 53.66 at the championships... Competed in the 200 IM in Athens, finishing the race with a time of 1:55.57... CCSA All-Academic Team.

2014-15: Posted season best times at the CCSA Championships... Posted a time of 1:57.55 in the 200 IM, a career best time... Set a career best time in the 100 backstroke at the championships, touching in at 54.44... Touched the wall in a time of 1:57.03 in the 200 backstroke for a career best time in the event... Named to the CCSA All-Academic Team.

2013-14: Recorded season-best times in the 100- (55.30) and 200-yd. backstroke (1:58.01) events, as well as the 200-yd. IM (1:59.19), while competing at the 2014 CCSA Championships… Also competed in the 100-yd. freestyles and 400-yd. IM during the season for the Retrievers… Achieved his top dual meet finish of fifth while competing in the 200 back against Howard on Jan. 11.

Background: Named the 2013 Prince George’s County Swimmer of the Year… Won the 200 IM and the 100 back at the PG County Championships as a senior… Named to the PG All-County First Team each of his four year (2009-2013) at Bowie High… Selected as the Bulldogs’ Rookie of the Year as a freshman in 2009-10… Bowie’s High Point getter in 2012 when he was also named the team’s MVP.
