- Won bronze in the 400 IM at America East Championships
- Took first in the 200 IM at four different meets (at American, Tri-meet vs Navy and William & Mary, Tri-meet vs Howard and VMI, at Salisbury)
- Won the 500 free and placed second int he 1000 free at American
BACKGROUND:
- Won 2 gold medals and 3 silver medals at Brazilian Nationals
- Father player basketball, track and field, swimming, and handball in college in Brazil
- Plans on double majoring in Business Technology Administration and Financial Economics
