FALL 2021: Competed in just two meets during the fall 2021 season… Opened the year with a 17:10.90 at the Mount 5K Duals… Turned in a time of 17:05.38 in a 5k race at the Navy Invite.

Background: Earned the highest GPA award at Parkdale High School in cross country twice and outdoor track once… Won multiple medals in both cross country and track and field, including the unsung hero award for the 2018-19 season on the track… Won the county championship in the 800m and was the runner up in the 1,600m… Son of Josephine and Andrew Onwonga… Has three siblings, Jana, Salo-Phena, and Daniel… Lists favorite food as french fries and favorite movie as The Incredible Hulk… When not running, likes to produce music, play video games, and edit videos.
