FALL 2021: Scored in all three meets in which he competed during the fall 2021 season… Opened the year with a 16:21.51 at the Mount 5K Duals… Also turned in points at the Navy Invite (25:42.59) and the America East Championships (25:43.49).

2021: Did not compete.

Background: Was a two-time state finalist at Northwood High School… Ran a 15:32 in a 5k at the Great American Meet in 2019… Son of Zufan and Nigusse Fantaw… Has two siblings, Eleni and Dawit… Lists his favorite food at shrimp alfredo and favorite musical artist as Lil Durk.
