2017: Made 29 appearances in the circle, with 21 starts... Earned six wins and a save with a 3.87 ERA on the season... Had seven complete games, four shutouts, and threw 108.2 innings... Ranked tied for fourth in the America East in innings pitched, third in appearances, and second in games started... Had a season high seven strikeouts in a complete game shutout of Appalachian State (Feb. 18)... Threw two innings of relief and struck out two to pick up the save against Eastern Shore (March 11)... Allowed only three hits while striking out six in a complete game shutout of Eastern Shore (April 12)... Threw a season high 9.1 innings, while giving up two earned runs and four strikeouts against Albany (May 10).

2016: Finished her junior campaign in the circle with a 13-13 record… Ranked in the top-10 of the America East in 18 categories... Led the league in innings pitched per game (5.61)… Ranked second in total innings pitched (162.2) and fifth in wins (13)… Led the team in wins (13), innings pitched (162.2), strikeouts (55), appearances (29), and games started (27)... Registered her third career save in two innings of work against Coppin St. (March 29)…Picked up her first win of the season in an 11-0 victory over Lafayette (Feb 28)… Won four straight complete game starts while only allowing seven earned runs in that span (March 12-March 25)… Had a complete game shutout in a 5-0 victory against Hartford (April 17)… Fanned six batters in a 5-1 win versus Norfolk St. (April 27)… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll

2015: Named to the America East All-Conference Second Team… Finished the year ranked fourth in Division I in walks allowed per seven innings (0.73)… Ranked in the top-10 in the league in earned run average (2.76), opposing batting average (.279), innings pitched (162.1), strikeouts (110), wins (14), appearances (29) and games started (25)… Posted single-season top-10 marks at UMBC in complete games (seventh), starts (tied for ninth) and strikeouts (10th)… Entered UMBC’s career record book in wins (32), innings pitched (353.0), starts (51), appearances (62), strikeouts (215), earned run average (2.68) and complete games (44)… Threw the most innings among America East pitchers… Made the most starts in the circle during America East play… Fanned eight batters against Georgetown (Feb. 13)… Won nine straight starts from March 15-April 11 and allowed only eight earned runs during the span… Struck out eight batters versus Lehigh (April 18)... 2014: Selected to the America East All-Rookie Team… Ranked third in the league in innings pitched (190.2) and wins (18), fourth in batters struck out (105) and fifth in earned run average (2.61)… Finished the year ranked fourth in Division I in walks allowed per seven innings (0.77)… Finished the year with an 18-9 overall record, making 33 appearances and tossing 23 complete games… Threw four shutouts… Struck out 105 batters and held opponents to a .296 batting average… Posted UMBC single-season top-10 records in wins (third), innings (second), games started (tied for seventh), appearances (tied for fifth), complete games (tied for second) and fewest hits allowed (second)… Captured three America East Pitcher of the Week honors and two Rookie of the Week selections… Matched the program’s highest total for a freshman and ranked third in a single-season in with 18 victories… Walked more than more than one batter on just five occasions… Started the season with nine straight victories… Tossed seven scoreless innings versus Drexel (March 14)… Struck out seven batters against Hampton (March 16) for her 11th victory of the season… Came in for a two-inning save against Sacred Heart (March 22)… Fanned seven batters at George Washington (March 27)… Allowed just two hits in five shutout innings versus Howard (April 2)… Registered her second save of the year in the series finale versus Maine (April 12)… Tallied a season-best nine strikeouts in a seven-inning victory against UMass Lowell (April 19)… Threw a no-hitter versus Hartford to solidify UMBC’s berth to the America East Tournament… Named the team’s Co-Most Valuable Athlete at UMBC’s annual varsity banquet… Named to the America East Honor Roll.

BACKGROUND: A member of the Atlee High School softball team… Virginia High School League (VHSL) Capital District First Team All-District Pitcher all four years… Named the 2013 Capital District Pitcher of the Year by the VHSL… Recognized on the VHSL All-Central Region First Team as a senior and second team as a junior… An All-State Honorable Mention in 2013… Helped her team to a district championship against defending Virginia AAA State Champion Lee Davis, the Raiders’ first district championship in 10 years… Named her team’s MVP in 2011… An honor roll student… A member of R.O.C.K.S., an aid for veterans club… Served on the newspaper staff… A three-time All-Academic VHSL Capital District selection… Competed with the 18U Richmond Rampage club team… Daughter of Richard and Linda Holte… Her sister, Elizabeth, was a pitcher for the Christopher Newport University softball team… Major is political science with a minor in American studies.
