Biography
2017-18: Three-time finalist at the America East Championships… Earned a bronze medal in the 100 free, clocking in with a time of 46.18… Finished fourth in the 200 free (1:40.64) and 500 free (4:35.73)… Helped win a gold in the men’s 800 free relay… Earned All-America East honors.
BACKGROUND: Finished first in the 1000 free at the GU TWST Short Course Champs III with a time of 9:22.25... Also took first in the 1650 free (15:42.56) and 500 free (4:35.42)... Took first in the 100 free at the June Gulf Open Meet with a time of 55.31.
PERSONAL: Son of Tammy Rhodes and Greg Pennington... Has four siblings, Jarvus Pennington, Justus Pennington, Gigi Pennington, and Journey Rhodes... Brother Jarvus swims at George Washington... Plans to study financial economics.
