de Padua, Smith and Stennett Earn America East Weekly Honors

BOSTON -- Bruna de Padua, Breanna Smith and Ember Stennett earned America East weekly honors, the Conference announced on Tuesday afternoon. 

de Padua was named the Female Swimmer of the Week after she took first in the 200 Free ( 1:52.47) at the Tiger Winter Open.

Smith is the Female Rookie of the Week by cruising to a victory in the 400 IM (4:35.15), and Stennett is the Female Diver of the Week as she led the UMBC women divers with a second place finish in the 3 meter (266.25) and also took fourth in the 1 meter (231.90)

The Retrievers return to action in two weeks for the America East Championships hosted by VMI.
