Nicolas Alphonse is the UMBC AOTW after he won the 400 hurdles in a time of 53.92 at the Towson Invitational on March 31. His time is more than a second faster than Maine's Conner Michaud for the top spot amongst America East competitors. Alphonse also placed fourth in the 110 hurdles.
