Freshman 1B Leewood Molessa is the UMBC Athlete of the Week after he was named America East Rookie of the Week for the second straight week. He slashed .467/.867/1.423 last week with a home run, 8 RBI's and 13 total bases. For the season he is hitting .391 with 17 RBI in 11 contests, and leads the conference in RBI's per contest.
