Serin Maden is the UMBC Athlete of the Week after her stellar play for UMBC Volleyball at the Cardinal and Gold Classic at USC. Maden averaged a league-best 10.2 assists per set, including 47 assists in the four-set win over Villanova. She also recorded five total blocks on the weekend, and was named the America East Setter of the Week
