Weston Carr is the UMBC Athlete of the Week after he broke a four year old meet record in the 1000m as the UMBC Track & Field concluded the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational on Saturday at Liberty. He did it when he took gold in an America East top time of 2:24.46
