Daniel Danilovitz is the UMBC Athlete of the Week after heĀ achieved a personal-best time of 24:35.2 in the 8K race, marking the second-fastest time in program history (the record is 23:57.1 set by Hassan Omar in 2015) at the 2025 IC4A Championships held at the historic Van Cortlandt Park on Friday morning.Ā Danilovitz placed 7th overall out of 225 competitors and earned All-East Team honors.Ā UMBC men's cross country team secured a trophy by finishing third.
