Junior Gabe Laracuente (Gaithersburg, Md./Good Counsel) highlighted UMBC's efforts as the Retrievers took on a strong U.S. Naval Academy squad at Lejeune Hall. Hewas edged by .03 seconds in his quest to win the 50 freestyle. He posted a mark of 21.04 and earned silver. He continued his excellent meet by taking bronze in the 100 freestyle (46.52).
