Franck Emmou is the UMBC Athlete of the Week after he was named the America East Rookie of the Week on Monday. He was stellar over two games,averaging 17.0 points on 10-of-15 shooting last week. Emmou exploded for a career-high 24 points in 27 minutes off the bench against UAlbany. The Mansfield, Texas product went 6-of-7 from the floor, drilled both of his 3's and went 10-for-12 from the foul line against the Great Danes. The Mansfield Summit graduate added 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting against Bryant.
