Mark Unger is the UMBC Athlete of the Week after he was named the America East Conference Track and Field Performer of the Week. He earned the honor after he earned gold in the 800 meters at the Ramapo Opener on Jan. 19., posting a time of 1:53.06. His mark ranks him first in the conference, ninth in the Mid-Atlantic region and sixth in UMBC history.
