Alek Wroblewski is the UMBC Athlete of the Week after the America East Conference tabbed him the Offensive Player of the Week for games ending Oct. 7.

Wroblewski tallied three goals and added an assist in UMBC's 1-0-1 week. He scored a pair of goals for the first time in his career and added an assist as UMBC rallied from a 3-0 halftime deficit to earn a 4-4 draw versus Navy on Oct. 3. Then, he notched the game-tying goal in the 79' as the Retrievers once again came from behind, defeating UMass Lowell, 2-1, on Oct. 7…

Wroblewski matched his goal total (5) from last season and has 10 with UMBC and 16 in his collegiate career.
