Biography

2016-17 Indoor: Ran in a trio of events during the winter season… Ran a season best in the mile at the Bucknell Tri Meet (5:26.68) and 3000m at the 2017 Great Dane Classic (10:46.74).

2017 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2016 Outdoor: Did not compete

2015-16 Indoor: Ran in the mile and 3,000m during the indoor season, finishing with career bests in both events... Ran a 5:45.32 in the mile at the Penn State Relays, while finishing the 3,000m at the Fastrack National Invite in a time of 10:23.55.

2015 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2014-15 Indoor: Participating in mainly the mile and 3,000m runs during her first season with the Retrievers... Set a season best time in the 3,000m run at the America East Championships, crossing the tape in a time of 10:29.10, finishing 17th in the race... Finished with a time of 5:54.51 in the mile at the Metro Team Challenge, her best of the year.

Background: Holds the Oxford High School 5k record, in addition to five other track and field records (800m, 1000m, 1600m, 3200m, and 4x800m)… In addition to cross country, she has placed third in the Southwestern CT Conference in the 1600m, and 4x800m her sophomore season… Named Connecticut Post High School Top Performer twice... A member of the National Honor Society and Italian National Honor Society in high school, while earning All Southwestern Conference Academic Honors. 

Personal: Daughter of Lynn and Bill Richter… Has one younger brother, William… Considering a major in biology… Born Dec. 7, 1996.
