2016 Outdoor: Ran in three events for the Retrievers during the spring... Had a season best time in the 3,000m at the Larry Ellis Invite, crossing the finish line in a time of 11:00.17... Took to the Mason Spring Invitational for the 5,000m with a season best of 19:13.23... At the America East Championships, she crossed the tape in a time of 38:27.21, good for 11th in the race.
2015-16 Indoor: Did not compete.
2015 Outdoor: Competed in the 10,000m run for the Retrievers during the outdoor season... Had her best run of the season at the ECAC Outdoor Championships, crossing the finish line in a time of 36:32.81, the best of any Retriever during the spring.
2014-15 Indoor: Competed in the 3,000m and 5,000m races for the Retrievers... Set a career best in the 3,000m at the Penn State Relays with a time of 10:46.86... Her time of 17:44.92 in the 5,000m run was the best of the year, recording the time at the America East Championships.
2014 Outdoor: Did not compete… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
2013-14 Indoor: Competed in the 3,000m and 5,000m events during the winter season… Clocked her top 3k time of 11:10.54 at the Penn State Relays… Placed third in the 3k event at Bison Opener at Bucknell.
Background: Varsity cross country captain as both a junior and senior at Downingtown East High… Coaches’ Selection to the All-Chesmont Cross Country Team all four years… Selected to the Daily Local News All-Area Team in 2010 and 2011… Also competed in track and field for the Cougars, leading the team to the Chesmont National Division League Championship four years in a row… In 2011, won the 3,200m race for the second straight year with a personal-best time of 11:02.
