Nick Burnett

Nick Burnett is back for hisfifth season as part of the track and field coaching staff, wherehe serves as pole vault coach.

Burnett earned a degree in biological andenvironmental engineering at Cornell University in 2008, where hewas a member of the Big Red track and field team. He competed atUMBC during the 2008-09 season as a graduate student and finishedseventh in the pole vault and eighth in the javelin at the 2009America East Outdoor Championships.

Burnett earned a master’s degree inengineering management from UMBC in May 2010.
