Biography

2006: Played in 17 games, starting one… Provided a spark off the bench with nine goals and 10 points on the season… Named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll and the America East spring all-academic squad… Scored a career-high four goals against America East foe Vermont… Scored a goal and added an assist against Albany in her first career start… Tallied the game-winning goal at American.

 

2005: Saw action in six games for the Retrievers, posting a goal on her only shot of the season… Scored the goal against Old Dominion in UMBC’s second game of the year.

 

2004: Saw action in 11 games, scoring three goals and posting an assist… Turned the ball over just once for the entire season… Notched her first career goal and point at Stony Brook... Sported a .429 shot percentage and a 1.000 shot-on-goal percentage.

 

Background: A member of the Hereford team that won the Maryland 1A-2A State Championship title in 2001, 2002 and 2003… Also a member of the National Honor Society during those years… Also considered Maryland, Delaware and Virginia Tech… Father, Dan, played lacrosse at Virginia Tech, and mother, Sharon, was a gymnast for the Hokies… Has a younger brother, Daniel… Born Dec. 31, 1985… A biological sciences major who hopes to become a general surgeon.
