FALL 2021: Competed in all but one meet for the Retrievers… Started the season as the top Retriever finisher at the Mount 5K Duals with a time of 19:46.81… Scored in the other four meets with her best time coming at the America East Championships with a time of 18:25.27… Also turned in times of 22:58.7 at the Paul Short Invite, 24:33.2 at the Princeton Invite… and 23:08.0 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional.

2021:  Did not compete.

2019: Raced in five meets... Scored in both the Mount 5k Duals and Navy Invite... Posted a season-best 19:22.0 at the America East Championships... Also timed in at 19:28.14 at the Mount 5k Duals... Scored with a time of 24:13.13 at Navy.

Background: Was named Cross Country MVP at Northwood High School her junior and senior seasons… Finished second in the Open race at the Nike Cross Regionals in 2018… Daughter of Heidi and Rocco Armonda… Considering majoring in Biology… Favorite food is yogurt and granola and enjoys watching Bachelor in Paradise.
