Background: Also a member of the UMBC track and field team, but did not compete in cross country her first two years... Won the Marine-Corps award in 2008… Received the Scholar Athlete award 2004-2008… Also lettered in field hockey… Led her team to a county and regional championship as a senior… Named team MVP of her field hockey team.
 
Personal: Daughter of Marybeth and Barney Leclercq… Has a younger brother, Max, 15… Enjoys writing poetry, some of which has been published… Majoring in interdisciplanary studies with a concentration in childhood art therapy... Born on Aug. 7, 1990.
