Biography

2009: Part of the scoring five in four of five meets… Best finish and 5K time came at the Mount St. Mary’s 5K Dual’s, where she placed 24th overall in a time of 20:12.95… Finished 55th at the Salty Dog Invitational, where she finished in a season-best 6K time of 25:33.72… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

 

Background: Named the 2008 Chesapeake High School Most Valuable Athlete after breaking a CHS course record in every race that season… Earned the 2008-09 CHS Winter Scholar Athlete award… Won the 2008-09 Indoor Maryland State Regional Championship in the 3,200-meter run… Named the 2008-09 CHS Indoor Track Most Valuable Athlete… Placed second in the 3,200-meter run at the 2009 Outdoor Maryland State Regional Championships…  Earned the silver in both the 3,200-meter 1,600-meter runs at the 2009 Anne Arundel County Outdoor Championships.

 

Personal: Daughter of Karen and Gary Blevins… Has two siblings, Adam and Clara… Majoring in bio-chemical engineering… Born March 10, 1991.
